The Board of Directors consists of seven volunteers, all of whom are property owners at Quincy Greene. Each individual is assigned a role to handle specific tasks. Our positions may vary as Boards change, but generally consist of the following:

Quincy Greene Condominium Corporation updated its Bylaws in 2006 and legally filed same with Information Services Corporation, Corporate Registry.

Requests from owners should be directed to Denro Property Management Ltd., as our Property Manager, in addition to the appropriate Qunicy Greene email. This will ensure all communications are received and replied to in a timely manner.
Our Board of Directors communicate most information to owners using email. Select information, such as Annual General Meeting packages and Special Notices, are also hand delivered to owners' mailboxes.
Our Board of Directors produce Newsletters 3 to 4 times a year to keep owners informed of ongoing matters at Quincy Greene.

Living in a townhouse-style condo is different from a detached home. It has benefits, but it also calls for extra consideration toward your neighbours, so as to preserve a neighbourly atmosphere.
Our Bylaws cover most situations we have encountered over the years, and our Board of Directors make every effort in dealing fairly as well as maintaining consistency in our decisions, including seeking advise from our Property Management Firm to ensure such decisions align with The Condominium Property Act, 1993.
We have curbside pick-up for garbage and recycling. We recommend searching "50 Quincy Drive" at the City of Regina's website, and subscribing to or downloading the calendar found here.
We also have a SARCAN deposit account for Quincy Greene! All proceeds are used towards operating costs and expenditures.
Children of all ages are welcomed in our community. We have a swing set, tennis court, basketball backboard and hoop, outdoor pool, and of course lots of green space to run and play!
Yes, pets are welcome at Qunicy Greene. The Board of Directors must approve all pets before moving in and/or purchasing a pet. This includes prior approval of all family or guests pets staying with a unit owner.
Our policies on pets are based on City of Regina Bylaws and Regulations, Quincy Greene's own regulations, respect for others, and common sense.
